They were a big help. Both guys were very knowledgeable about moving very heavy and awkward objects. They moved my appliances and two storages all into my new home in only two hours! Five stars!

Quoted one price and charged another. Movers were slow and did a great deal of time wasting to drive up price. This company is a bunch of crooks. Beware of doing business with this disreputable business. my review stand no I didn't tip and yes your employees did a lot of time wasting. Now that I am loading back up to finish my move 6 weeks later I have found damage of my dressers and night stands. The movers were told these were brand new and constructed of soft wood and they needed great care. They assured me that they would take great care of my furniture but did not and they cause damage beyond repair. This was solid wood furniture that is now useless.this set cost me 4000 dollars so now I am out 4000 dollars plus the 750 dollars they charged for 3 people for 5 hours. Beware of this scamming company.

I could not find a planter, and when I called them I was told they had cleaned their truck so it had to be at my new location. They sent one of their guys to look for it. Well it ended up still being in their truck. Then I called them to tell them our freezer wasn't working after they moved it, and she was going to check with their insurance and call me back which she never did.

We used Back2Back moving to unload our stuff after a long move. They were amazing. Flexible and they worked with us every step of the way. Very reasonable and fast. Three strong men came and emptied a 26ft uhaul , pick up and a 16 ft trailer in less than 3 hours. Office staff was kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend them!!!
