After the septic was emptied, he realized there was a further issue that was causing the problem and fit us into the schedule first thing the following morning. Efficient, professional and fair. Update: 8/16/2022 Thanks to Todd and his crew for getting my septic functioning again. They replaced one small, 500 gal septic water tank, added risers to the new tank and the existing 1500 gal tank. Todd coordinated ordering parts with Mel who did the pump and panel install. They were very pleasant to work with. I dont know what Id have done without them. Ill be calling A1 again if I need anymore repairs. Todd is very quick to respond, professional, does quality work and goes the extra step to get things done correctly. Its nice to have someone you can depend on to get things fixed. His crew is very good at their job and knowledgeable as well. If you need help with septic problems, I highly recommend giving them a call. Review 3 months earlier: My septic system had some major problems. It had stopped functioning due to a couple of different things. It is almost resolved now, just waiting on a new pump from a different contractor. Todd, Graham and Steven were very helpful and polite. This is the second time Ive used them and I have come to depend on Todd and his company resolving my septic issues.
