Towne Pump

Just getting gas since it is a gas station, customer service SUCKS! the female that did my pump acted as if I was a bother and she was really doing me a favor ffs what has happened to good service??

Live in Noti and ran out of propane yesterday (Thanksgiving) to run our fireplace for ambience. Thought ok, Towne Pump is the first place I can check. I don't mind paying the inflated price to save time not driving in to Eugene. Pull up to the propane tank, walk inside (no attendant outside) and walk in to see the manager and attendant hanging out by the register. Ok, they may be discussing something, whatever. As I start my sentence, the manager says "No!", I finish asking nicely if they can pump some propane and am met with attitude about how they only have 2 people on staff at the time and are "busy". They had 2 cars in the fuel station and nobody in the store. While I understand the holiday and safety, I also wasn't even given a chance, they weren't pumping propane and that was it. The thing that is not lost on many small businesses these days is that you can have the BEST product at the LOWEST prices but if your customer service is poor, people won't be back. I find it unfortunate that this station did not get this memo. Went up to Circle-K.... paid MORE for my propane and had a nice chat with the VERY BUSY attendant there.
