        Came by at 10:50 and they werent open (website said open at 10:30). Website also said could drop off UPS packages here and the sign up in the window said they are not accepting UPS packages (or Amazon returns) now. Did find a UPS drop box around the corner by the bank.

We are one-manned "Mom & Pop" tiny business, blessed to have a helper on some days, and whose tech crews are mostly offsite. Not making excuses as we know a business has to be consistent, but things do happen beyond our control.
