        I've had astound/wave for over a year. From the beginning the service has cut out regularly. I mean it will be fine for a week then cut out every 20 min for a whole day. If they fix the consistency with their service it will be good stuff but can't recommend until then.

        Every week there will be a day of service cutting out every 10 min. powercycle the equipment, restart, cutout 10 min later. not a local company so it's difficult to receive timely customer service. very frustrating. I may be switching to another provider soon.

        They claim you pay $25 per month for the first 12 months, all lies. Never was billed $25. Now it's $66.98, more then double.

        Ordered service last week. Was told somebody would be coming to lay and bury the fiber optics. It's been a week and I've heard NOTHING! WAVE/ASTOUND is now ignoring calls and refuses to get back to me. One can ONLY imagine how much worse it gets once you have to totally "rely" on them for your internet. Horrible customer wait and hold times!
