First, they called in advance of the delivery to let us know they were getting ready to mix our load and be on the way. They also asked if we wanted a hot or cold mix, this was great! They arrived on time! The driver, Jamie, was a great help. When we went to pay the bill we were surprised with a cash discount!!!!!
We had done a comparable pour the week before with a different company that met the bare minimum of customer service. After using A-1 Ready Mix with excellent product and customer service they will now be the company we always call first!!!
