Fred Meyer Pharmacy

After awhile excuses just don't work. They have reduced their hours if you work it's almost impossible to get there with out taking time off the time it takes to get a refill on a prescription at times takes days. Had one of mine called in on a Friday still not ready on monday!! I know we're all suffering from Covit problems but after awhile get it fixed

No one even answers to talk to anyone really who may know if they carry a med I need so I can transfer my scripts to them ... just rang and rang

Mike at the pharmacy is great. Even though I called in my scrip the night previously, there was a problem with the machine so he said he’d need another 30 minutes but when I frustratingly told him we’re bus riders so I’ll have to come back a different day, he had the wherewithal to ask how much time we had, and when I told him 12 minutes, he hurried as much as could and was able to get my stuff and get us out the door to the bus with time to spare. He’s always great and I’ve never had big issues with Fred Meyer pharmacy

First time at this location (will be my last time as well). The Pharmacy Tech (older female) didn’t know how to bill my military insurance. This is the first and only time I’ve had this problem ever! She even had to call the tricare insurance and I had to wait for awhile (first time ever that I had to wait just to get my prescription drugs at any pharmacy in the US!). I’ve been to so many other pharmacies and this is the first time they don’t know how to bill my insurance? Also, when things got finally done, she was overcharging me with my medication. I told her why this is so? And I’ve explained to her this is the first time I’ve been charged this much especially when my insurance is tricare. She finally looked at my prescription documents and found that she forgot to bill my insurance for one of my prescriptions :/
