        I recently renewed my renter's agreement with Arrive, and I can tell you that it was a very satisfactory arrangement. The quality of apartments, the helpful staff, and friendly community make it a very welcoming and safe place to live. And concerns I have I feel open to bring them up with staff and they get right on fixing my problems. I am glad that the quality of Arrive has been up to par since the new management has taken over.

        Just moved in in May. Staff is great! Maintenance Supervisor is quick to answer any concerns. Great community. Clean property. Close to stores and downtown Lake Oswego. Also, community is dog friendly!!
