        This is an awful apartment complex run by the worst management company in the state of Oregon. The owner lives in France and runs the complex like a slum but the real problem is the Management company. C&R management is run by thieves and con men and should not be trusted in any way especially when it comes to your security deposit. Please see my review of C&R Real Estate management company before you even think about renting here or any other property that is managed by C&R. They are awful.

        Love the place now. Got new windows, insulation, cable updated, and a paint job. I've lived here 20+ years but the last 5 have Ben the best. We also have the bestest manager in the world. Only complaint I have is the new washers and dryers need attention but other than that this is a great place to live.
