I would like to start off by saying that the customer service Representatives inside the branch at West Linn Oregon located off of 10th Street and Blankenship are excellent at their jobs and very friendly. My complaint is with the customer service in particular the dispute Department they assured me they would credit me at midnight on a situation I had going on and of course after spending four hours on hold there was nothing credited to my account when I called this morning I was told I was arguing I explained to them quite calmly what the representative told me yesterday and now they are telling me I am basically out of the money my wife and I are both disabled and with this coronavirus happening we need our medication they were so rude on the phone it just meet the situation that much worse.

Nice staff and friendly service, the outside ATM was down, but they have 2 others inside that worked.

Amazing customer service! Michelle Kilby graciously helped us obtain a mortgage deferment during the Federal shutdown, helping us manage our stress levels. Time and again, this branch has proven itself helpful, gracious and a compassionate member of our community. Thank you!
