        We had a very disappointing experience at this location. Asked them to get us pricing on 18 doors, its been two weeks and we still haven't heard back from them. Went to another location in Aloha and were able to get pricing in under 10 minutes. Ended up placing an order on the spot.

        Chris Hansen and the Parr team in West Linn helped us with good quality lumber and quick service for our recent deck project. The delivery driver (I didn't get his name) was right on time at 7am and quickly placed the lumber in our driveway. When we needed some additional exterior deck screws and a few more kerf boards, Rene at the WL Parr store was very helpful and made the transaction easy and fun. Thanks for affordable pricing and excellent customer service! We will be back.

        After looking at their lot on Google maps, I decided to be curious and call ahead of time to see if I could order and pay for some lumber before I got there so I didnt block up their yard with a big truck and trailer. The response I got over the phone was rude and lacked complete customer service skills. I got a snappy excuse me and a no. Doesnt look like my poor review is anything new, and I assume Parr simply doesnt care, but the service here is rude and they have no desire to help or be kind.
