        This overlook only accessible from northbound Interstate 205, not only has interesting bits of history to read, but you also get to look over the waterfall with the second highest flow in the United States. Niagara Falls is the only falls with a larger volume. Night or day this place is a nice spot to hop out and stretch your legs. On a clear day, you can see Mt. Hood in the distance over the falls, making for a nice photo opportunity, a few times a year.
