Chris made selling our home so easy. Being our first time selling he answered all our questions and worked on our schedule to get the most out of our home. From staging and pictures to our open house he helped us through it all. Chris is now a friend first and our realtor second.

After a thorough search and interview process, I selected Chris and Julie as my real estate partners to help sell my rental home in West Linn. While all agents interviewed had 5 star ratings online, they were the only ones that demonstrated practical knowledge that will help me get the job done. I needed agents who not only knew the West Linn market well, but is able to provide full service to get the home ready for sell and stay on top of numerous small details as I travel a lot for work and need someone super hands on. They went above and beyond staying on top of the extensive list of items needed to be done to get the home ready for sell and got it done in record time. While our sell timing was not great in this high interest rate environment but Chris and Julie held open house almost every week to generate traffic and we secured multiple offers in a tough market. Finally, the biggest compliment I can offer them is that not only are they knowledge, responsive, and creative, they are easy to work with. They worked with my goals and was willing to pivot quickly as the needs evolved. I honestly believe I couldn't have sold this home in the amount of time it took without Chris and Julie's service!

We first met Chris and Julie when they sold my in-laws home. We loved how they handled everything, so we asked them to help us find our first home. And my husband and I had the best experience! Our first home ended up being our dream home! The process was completely stress free because they took care of everything and of course such a joy to work with! Their positivity, kindness, time, and generosity truly made our experience enjoyable. Its obvious they love what they do and love to make a home buyer's dream come true. :) I feel as if they are family now and I could call them or text them any time of the day. This past year we have used Chris and Julie Hoems to sell our primary home in West Linn and a rental property in Lake Oswego. Before choosing a real estate agent, We did a lot of research to see who would be the best choice for us based on the investment they would make into selling a property (time, effort,and how they promote their listings). The Homes by Hoems Real Estate Team stood out as the best possible fit. Their organic reviews are excellent, their listings are easy to find, their social media presence is strong, and we could tell they put a lot of time and thought into their listings. My husband spoke with Chris and found him to be very genuine and personable. Chris and Julie then met with us at our home. They spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and info on comps in the area. Chris and Julie made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and measure the house for an accurate square footage,, having professional photographs taken, drone shots, staging tips, holding open houses, and much more! When we saw our listing we were blown away. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. Our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition! We had many offers and sold our home the first weekend for well over what we expected! Chris and Julie walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. So much so we ask them to list a second property weve owned for years! Needless to say we it was smooth sailing once again!
