I have been talking with Scott McCarty for the past two years to purchase a home. Because of a short sale in 2012, the loan process was difficult. However, Scott always provided me with excellent advice about the loan options that were available to me. He was always willing to take my call and provide great advise even though there was no immediate benefit to him at certain points in the process. In the end, Scott found me a great rate and helped me through the loan process. I would recommend Scott and his service to anyone who wants the combination of both an excellent rate and great service.
