First off when I started this process, I was kind of nervous at the beginning. After having a chat with Vanessa she assured me that she had my back and that she will do the best for me in this process, and to no avail she did just that. I didnt have to come out my pocket at closing and she made sure that everybody was doing what they supposed to do as far as the appraisal the inspection.
