        Took a stray boy kitty here to see if he was microchipped. Nurse was very nice and helpful. Process was super easy, literally one sheet of paper and it cost nothing to have him checked. Super happy with the outcome. Thanks for being there for us!

        After being rescheduled 4 times for my dogs Influenza booster vax, they administered 2 different vaccines instead at the appointment without my consent. They proceeded to try to charge me for both vaccines that I did not request nor accept for my dog. Significant miscommunication between multiple employees, incorrectly documented vet medical notes, and many conversations with the manager later, I was still charged with only 15% discount.

        It is a genercare facility, not emergency. And appointments can be booked out a good deal, but the staff is wonderful and it is a nice facility
