        LITERALLY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD SINCE I HAVE HAD INTERNET. COMPANY IS HARD TO GET AHOLD OF. INTERNET IS CONSTANTLY UP AND DOWN FOR HALF HOUR INCREMENTS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNLESS YOU KNOW PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. IF YOU HEAR THE NAME "OUTREACH" RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN! CONSTANTLY PAYING FOR SERVICE THAT DOES NOT WORK. ONLY REASON I GAVE ONE STAR IS BECAUSE I HAVE TO. THEY....ARE.....CROOKS....PERIOD!!!!!!!!

        They never bother to return calls or emails. I guess gaining new customers isn't on their list of things to do. I have now been on a waiting list with them for 4 years, just to have them come out and evaluate our home for the possibility of having internet. Trust me, don't waste your time. Go with Starlink. We're glad we did.

        Pretty reliable, I've had service over 9 years and only lost service a handful of times. Tech is alright, I've had only few problems thru the years.
