Marquis Wilsonville Assisted Living

We can't say enough good things about Marquis Assistant Living facility, Wilsonville. Our Mom has been there for over a year --the caretakers and the staff TRULY care about her. They come from a place of "yes" and do everything possible to make her feel loved and taken care of. Like any places there has been a few hiccups but the Administrative Staff has always been willing to work with us and make it right. We are not sure why these other reviews are so poor. Our experience has been completely the opposite. We are reviewing the Assistant Living Facility not the Rehab which is next door .

Horrible place .My dad was there and he got worse and they didn't care.This place needs,to be shut done now.

Hi everyone, if you can avoid this place I would like the plague! You or your loved one will wait up to if not longer than 3 hours for assistance, SOME staff is very nice, and the food is about the grade of MacD's. For an acute rehab facility you would think they could do better on providing a healthy environment for healing. To think these places actually charge up to 10K a month and this is the service!

My mom lives here and I can say that the experience has been positive. The administrator Stephanie is always available whenever I have any concerns, she will get back to me anytime of day/night or on weekends. The care staff is good with my mom is often confused, but they are patient with her. The building is warm and inviting and clean.

I actually survived this facility with my life I lived there for almost 2 1⁄2 years And as my doctor told me, my diet there was poisoning me on a daily basis. I advised The staff of my predicament on Numerous occasions And was just told That it wasn't their Facility at fault, but I was somehow poisoning myself While eating the foods that came from their kitchen. The way that this facility solved my dilemma was that they asked me to move out, which was what I did! I am now getting my health back because I do care about what foods go into my body. While I was at that facility, I was rushed by an ambulance to a hospital on 5 separate occasions, 2 of which I was on advanced life support! I could go on and on about what I actually witnessed there that would shock your conscious, but I will keep those to myself, unless asked by the State of Oregon.  BOTTOM LINE....... If you value the health and wellness of your loved ones...... Stay as far away from the Marques Wilsonville Assisted Living Facility as you can!!!!  You have been warned!!
