        You cant call and talk to a real person. You have to text or message them. I attempted to text them, but there was several minutes between texts, and what should have taken a few minutes via a normal telephone conversation, took 30 minutes or more via text. The individual on the other end was impossible to deal with over text. I refuse to do business with a company that wont allow an actual conversation via telephone. Zero customer service.

They told me how the process works and communicated to me along the way. It was done on time and the whole experience was extremely positive. They made everything seamless for me and I very highly recommend them!
