We found some cracks in our foundation that were concerning and we learned that our house had begin settling in the the Northeast corner. Unfortunately we had recently spent a lot of money on renovations to that area of our house, so we decided against lifting the house and wanted to stabilize our foundation. I called a handful of companies and decided on Foundations First because they gave me an engineering solution to the problem that made the most sense and they were great at answering all my follow up questions. The work was performed seamlessly and on time with no problems. They were really respectful of my property and made sure everything looked the way it should before the project wrapped up. No problems with communication and the price was fair. My wife and I have no complaints and would hire them again.

Mike made process seem-less, jumped on the project and helped me in timely fashion. I appreciate when subcontractors do what they say. Its rare in this industry and this is a company that surpasses the standard and my standard is high. I love working with like minded people that respond when you need them.
