The owner does not seem to understand written quotes. They come to my yard and spend 10 minutes just mowing a little patch of grass and trim, then they leave, not doing anything else. He actually told me that he tells his crew to only spend less than half hour at my property. They also broke all of the staked drip lines on my irrigation system. I asked him to replace them and he discontinued his service without replacing them. This company is the worst lawn care company in town. They rarely send invoices of what they do, so I don't know what I'm paying for. Services: Mulching, Garden tidy-up, Lawn mowing/maintenance

We found s & r to be good at mowing the lawn. But if you need true yard care you may be disappointed. They do not follow directions and don't know how to rotate their work to keep up with growth. They will not take care of shrubbery like trimming. Even though they claim to. There is a disconnect between the owner and the crew who do the work. He says he will do things they never do. They also don't know how to diagnose problems with the lawn. Once the crew leader who knew what he was doing left for another company their service disintegrated.

discussed in person all things we needed done weekly, he stated the lawn and bushes need extra work and quoted me 150.00 on top of the monthly 150.00 he quoted me, the agreement was to cut, mow, weed, trim bushes front and back and completely blow out and remove debris from the back yard and to remove one plant and transfer another to it's spot, a few days later 2 guys appear, they do a very crappy unprofessional job at trimming, they left debris all over my lawn and rocks, we have a rock simulated stream down the middle of the lawn, they stepped on it multiple times mixing the border rock with the river rock, all a sudden they were gone, no weed pulling, crappy trimming, didn't clean up well, didn't transfer the plant and never went into the back, I called Scott and he tells me, oh I told them to get in and out of jobs today because we were behind and not to worry he needs to make time to get someone there to take care of everything we agreed on. Ok, almost a week goes by, a crew of 2 shows up, they know nothing about my agreement with Scott and advised he only gives us 30 minutes per address and they cannot do anything but mow, edge blow and go, I was livid ! I had his worker call him to tell him so, he's at our door within minutes saying he doesn't think he can satisfy us and is ending the agreement and refunding our money...So, beware this company

Extremely happy with Scott and his crew. The work is great and the men are friendly and hard working.
