I have a friend that lives here. The rent is outrageous for the location and amenities. With the linoleum floors, it's extremely loud. I wouldn't recommend.

Woodburn Place offers complimentary internet/cable in each unit, a 24 hour fitness center, a sports court, seasonal pool, year round hot tub and on-site staff 7 days per week. We encourage any Residents experiencing noise disturbances to reach out to our Leasing Office so that we can assist.

Nice place good people but there's an annoying white dog that won't stop barking all day and night, if you can't deal with your dog inside don't have one and have everyone else have to listen.
