Nice enough lady, but truck was very dirty in back. Floor covered in filth. Definitely wasn't checked or cleaned before renting. I had to sweep entire thing before able to load my auction furniture I rented truck specifically for. I made sure to clean thoroughly and folded blankets they almost didn't include, and made sure next customer would have a wonderful experience hopefully . Sorry I write true reviews and not trying to hurt feelings. Nolan

Was trying to get a quote for a custom job but all the guy on the phone did was complain about the price and hours of labor and needing to order parts which is what I was calling for or I would do it myself but I dont have the time. He just kept cutting me off going on and off and acting like he didnt want to do the job instead of just telling me he couldnt. Most Terrible 3 minutes Ive ever spent on the phone dear god

Quoted me a price to purchase and install a hitch over the phone. Did an excellent job, right on time. The technician..I believe his name was Jaime..went out of his way to show me what he had done. The price was was exactly as quoted.
