Ive been to what seems a million dealerships, these people really appreciate their buyers and truly care about their buyers, Jason walked me through the whole buying process and even helped me save money! We test drove some vehicles on a Saturday, and as they opened for business the following Monday, I called to ensure that the one we liked was still for sale and was told 'yes'. I proceeded to spend the next few hours calling and emailing back and forth between Siamak's and our lender to arrange the purchase. All along the way everything was going well, I was even told the vehicle would be cleaned and ready for us to pick by the end of day. Around noon, I was confirming final details with my lender and received a text from Siamak's that they had sold out the vehicle to somebody else, right out from under us. Terrible customer service, I do not recommend and will not be back. Clearly, we were in the proceedings of purchasing said vehicle, how can you just sell it to somebody else while a transaction is already occurring? That's a bad way to run a business.
