      image Sure wish there was a fire everyone button... " 0 " stars, i have had issues with online payment, over the phone payment, as well as general service with Woodburn Water company and this month they decided to CHARGE ME TWICE FOR THE SAME BILL WITH NO EXPLANATIONS. Terrible company

      image Atrocious. 3 months in a row, they don't track our payments online and have been forced to call everytime to tell them to fix it, only for them to tell us it was a previous month. Good thing we keep the payment info. Then they double charge us, so we thought we were good for the next month, but apparently there was $17 still needed, and then we got the month bill, the 17, and 20 in late fees because of their stupid mistake, and they won't fix it.
