Had broken water pipe from severe freeze the service men did a very nice job replacing broken water pipe.

I was assigned OES through my home warranty for a second opinion after the first contractor was not able to solve my plumbing problem and estimated a $1100 service that would not be covered was required. Dan and Isaiah were in and out in ~40 minutes and our problem was solved without another dime spent out of pocket. On top of that, they were polite, jovial, and happy to talk us through the questions we had. 10/10 experience!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I was assigned OES through my home warranty company. They came to address an issue with my shower. They thought they identified the issue, and in trying to fix it they removed a very expensive and nice fixture in the bathtub and replaced it with the cheapest option. They said give it a day to seal and it would be fine. They did not fix the issue. When I made them come back, they did not know what else to try. I asked if they had the removed (expensive) part and could put it back on since that clearly wasn't the issue. Instead of giving me the removed part, they said they threw it away. I started asking more questions and they said they would go get another part to try. They left my house and never came back to finish the job. They made up a story about being cussed at and called thieves (by my 65-year-old mother in law who has never cussed in her life). Completely made up and super unprofessional. By the way, the next plumber to come CORRECTLY identified the issue in about 2 minutes and had the problem fixed quickly. OES is very disappointing, not just in their plumbing skills but in their professionalism.
