I was given a new car on the outside but mistreated on the inside. With dirty spots all over and broken floor carpet, with no mats. I took it because it was an emergency situation.

I wish I could rate this place -10 Stay away from this place. Me and my wife went there this morning to rent a vehicle where the price online was $100 less than what the guy wanted to charge us. He never explained it to us the difference between payment online or at the branch not only after we finalized the reservation. Then he proceeded to show us the car, Toyota Prius(which was not the car that we made the reservation for) he was being so rude to me and to my wife and he said that his job was not to be polite. I then proceeded to look at the car and the car had expired inspection stickers and he said that he didnt care because the car was a rental. I asked him that I wanted to cancel the reservation he said that that was nothing that he could for me and that I should have known that information. He said that his job is not to explain me anything. That guy was so rude and he was having the biggest attitude in the world. He said his name was Jamal Savior(I dont even know if thats true or not). Thank God I was there with my wife other he was going to rip her off. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.

I made reservations at this location. On the avis website it says that they take debit cards at avis rental place. When I get there I have the guy my name and asks for my credit card. I said I have my debit card and he says we do not take debit. It clearly says on the avis website that they accept debit card with a Visa and Master card logo.
