We used Lindsay and Dave Betz to help us find our home in the suburbs and wow did they delivery. From the start, they listened to our thoughts and needs and were incredibly responsive. Daves contractor background is such an asset when viewing homes to get a sense of the quality of a home vs potential things to keep an eye on. Lindsays knowledge of real estate was crucial in helping us create a strong offer, which quickly led to us to finding, and closing on, the house of our dreams!
