        Worst customer services ever. I told the girl to add insurance and she had the nerve to say that they dont add insurance to the Uhaul anymore.

        Extremely rude . Heard her bad mouthing a different customer on the phone . She was purposefully ignoring the poor old man. I asked her about one way trucks and she answered with an attitude you take my truck from here and you bring it back here. If you want to have your day ruined by someones else terrible attitude , you can go there . Otherwise , I would recommend a different location where people are nicer .
