Splish Splash Carwash

I'm posting this review for the petwash portion of their service. We brought our new puppy in to try the facility out. So disappointed...cost $5 no problem, however no shampoo, no fragrance nothing but plain cold water! They have 2 rooms so we decided to try the other one...another $5. Again no shampoo or anything else working except plain water and dryer... I called the number on the window and left a voice mail...no response! A cool concept and would have used it again between grooming appointments...our puppy is a Saint Bernard, so she will get big...but very disappointed and won't try that again!

The layout of this place is very poor. We got stuck in a long line of people wanting to use the automatic car wash when we wanted the self serve. We were not able to get into the self serve because people kept going into those bays the wrong way. And because of the tight fit you really couldn't even get out of line if you wanted to. I did increase my rating because the wash isn't bad for the price but there really needs to be better signage and directions on where to go.
