There needs to be a NO STAR OPTION!! What I have gone through at the hands of this facility and what they ALMOST did to my kid is beyond belief. Started with my first visit where I was told all my silver fillings needed replaced because there were cavities developing around them. This seemed odd to me as my old dentist that I had been to religiously every 6 months never said their were any problems with these old fillings. But you listen to your doctors right??? Took many visits and a lot of pain and money to have this done. Their billing department seemed to find a way that there was always one more thing that needed paid for. All of this led to a root canal and a crown AND found out today from a new dentist a crack in one of my teeth. Took my son for his 6 month cleaning and was told he had one cavity by the hygienist...Ok... no big deal. For they them called me and said the doctor reviewed the X-rays after the appointment and he has EIGHT cavities. What the doctor didn't know was my son sees both an orthodontist AND oral surgeon who is watching his needs for his wisdom teeth and recently had X-rays at both!!! When I questioned this I received a discharge from their practice via certified mail!!! Since I "didn't trust" what their doctor said. I paid for a copy of my son and I's records and went to a new dentist today. He reviewed our X-rays FROM THEIR PRACTICE and determined my son had ZERO CAVITIES !!!! And I only had one. The new dentist said there was absolutely no cause to remove all those fillings. If I would not have known better this man would have drilled EIGHT fillings into my son's perfectly healthy teeth!!!! I cannot imagine what is happening to other children whose parents may not be aware! All I can say is if you choose to go and are told you need extensive work... RUN!!!

Daughter needed wisdom teeth pulled, her dentist closed so we came here... They saw her when she was 17 told us that she would have to find another dentist after she graduates (age18). She never did get her teeth pulled. They cancelled the appointment ( she has a broken tooth and causing extreme pain) called to make another appointment and it was months away... So figured since she will have to find a new dentist anyway, we did! Now being charged a fee to release the record to a new dentist... After they haven't even tried to fix the problem in 6 months!
