I have been in the apartment a couple months back. My overall experience was bad. The management prioritizes money over everything else and imposes a large fine even for a small payment delay. Maintenance is lacking, resulting in chaos in the children's play area and issues with moles in the apartment.

Charge penalties cost over miscommunication Staff is very rude and they charge various penalties without any reason for the miscommunication they do . I was charged $50 interest for $60 payment delay of 1 day over miscommunication. I asked for waive as it was not my mistake but it was denied very rudely. They seeks reasons to charge you more and more for very small reasons that you are not responsible for. Legal terms are used to scare you. Not a good place if you are not from this origin.

We were a resident of Audubon court apartments for 3 years before we moved to another state and absolutely loved our stay there. We got fully refurbished unit with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Diane from leasing office is professional and super nice with us. Maintenance was quick and the staff spl Christine is very helpful and friendly. The community is wonderful. We used to look forward to eve trail walks which was close by. The playground and pool area is a joy and they even build a party area last summer. The best part of living here was Audubon village shops. You can get salon, dance classes, UPS, USPS, grocery as well as nails done within a walking distance. There is a cvs, target, Walmart, wawa, BJs and many eaten within 5 minutes via car. Highly recommend the place because of this!

Hands up to Audubon Courts and the manager Diane. I love the little community and Diane went out of her way to make my move in smooth. She even stayed late to do the lease signing. I look forward to many years here!
