Chad is the absolute best. He is really on top of his game. Have used him as a broker three times now and challenged his rates every time and he had the best deal all 3 times. He will surprise you on how available he is when you need an answer quickly. Overall great guy to talk with too. Use the "Be Kind" guy as your broker!

Chad's been working with my buyer clients for many years, getting them approved for their mortgages. Chad, is great with people, and really knows the loan programs forward and backwards. He's very personable, and really makes all my clients feel comfortable with the process. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for my buyers.
