My wife and I have Bank of America for over 12 years. Bank of America itself has been getting worse over the years. Surcharge after surcharge. But this actual location is the worst they have one teller on call all the time and one person sitting behind the desks that help you. You'll be lucky if you get any help within 20 minutes to a half-hour. My debit card is old has been getting worse and worse so I go in and wait 20 to ask the woman if she can give me a temporary card. She says they don't do that and I need to do it online. I say but I need to deposit money and my card is not working now at all. I said I just need a temporary card you can send me a new one to deposit my money. Sorry I can't do that but you can do Android pay which I refuse to do anything with Android pay. I'm done I'm withdrawing my money and to the rude woman that helped me you should be fired!
