Very nice place to live.

I really didnt want to leave them a bad review but the advertised on their website they had immediate move ins but once I applied and paid $250 they called me and said the apartment wouldnt be ready for another month. I stated to cancel my application because I needed an immediate move in like it was advertised. They refunded me $200 but not my $50 application fee because they said it was non refundable. Now I need to go through my bank and dispute because they are the reason I had to look elsewhere. If it was advertised correctly then I would have never applied. Its not fair to steal someones money when my application was not ran until after I asked for it to be canceled once they provided the updated move in date:

Office staff have always been great to deal with. Aion has been a problem from the start. They've always raised my rent more then the value of the apartment. I've had the CLASSIC apartment version since I moved in. The previous management companies were always much more understanding of the value. Since Aion took over, my rent has increased more times then the previous management companies ever had. At least $50 each renewal. Previously maybe $35 or less with each renewal. All this is just another reason I have decided to move out.

We have been living at Valley Park since this summer and we really like it! I would give it a 4.5/5. We moved from the west coast and werent able to tour in-person, but dont regret picking this complex. The current management has been very responsive and helpful at making us at home, and the maintenance team is wonderful. The neighborhood feels very clean and safe, very family friendly. The gym is small but has all the necessities. The only reason I wouldnt give it a full 5 stars is that the units are a little bit old, however the unit is renovated and is great for the price. I would recommend!
