        River Pointe Townhomes maintenance man Melvin is the bomb. He came to move our stove and check for rodents. Not only did he check for rodents and set more traps, he fixed the linoleum that lifted from the previous maintenance guy's damage. They need more maintenance men like Melvin. Thank you.

        Great neighborhood, awesome maintenance, the management is extremely helpful in assisting residents and new residents. Moving out update: Caren helped my move out process easier than even the move in process. It was a great experience living here for 2 years. Thank you!
