Homewood Suites by Hilton Allentown-Bethlehem Airport

Okay Suite but amenities were lacking with empty bottles in bathroom. Food & drinks: Worst preparedd breakfast offerings of any Homewood Suites. Overcooked or undercooked they managed both. Dried out omelette, undercooked potatoes. Or completely destroyed to mush. Poor offerings for managers reception on Wednesday night. Cheapest wine and beer. Only cheese and crackers were decent.

There is not enough space or time to tell you that this is my only go to place, when I'm in the area. They were so accommodating to our special needs time&time again. When the van was running before Covid it topped our list for perks. But front desk workers from the phone on we had Johnnie, who started the process of seeing to my needs to Simone Lavery who went above and beyond to getting a family a room last min for us being there not enough space for all their help. From the phone to the day of arrival I had no extra worries, when I crossed their door. So if this is the short review, for those who I felt were high in statue. Thank you Comfort Home that's how you always make us feel.

Hotel was conveniently located to the airport, free parking and close proximity to 2 large convince stores. My issue was that upon asking for an upgrade I was told many different stories from they cant change cause of the rate to theyll charge a little more for it (which I was fine with) to finally they dont do 2 bedroom sites for anything less than 3 nights (even though the system was letting me do it at). The room itself was pretty clean kinda felt outdated and the floor had a sticky stain to it, the bathroom only had 1 half a roll of toilet paper left, called the front desk several times but no one picked up. Good thing I had 2 rooms so I was able to make it work but still very annoying. The breakfast was pretty bad, so much so we decided to go elsewhere for it. Items were limited & the hot items looked bad. Overall it was an ok visit but def not what Id expect from this brand based off my other stays in the past.
