The nurses are great. The dentist we had however does not listen. We expressly told him not to do things and he ignored our instructions for our son. He would rather rush through patients and bill extra to insurance doing unnecessary caps, which after talking to many friends and family whose children have come here they do quite often. I will never bring my child to this place again and the childrens dentist office in Forks that he works at will not see any of my children again. I will be reporting him to the licensing board.

My 5 year old son had dental surgery today at the Bethlehem location. I was super nervous about him being under general anesthesia, but the treatment team was amazing and answered all my questions. The experience went better than expected. Thank you for making this easy on both of us! My only issue was I wish another parent or family member could have accompanied us since he was crying and screaming when we left and I had a long car ride after, but I understand with covid that its necessary and not a reflection on the surgery or staff. Im super grateful we went to this surgery center and all went well.

Do your research and go elsewhere. While this place has a ton of experience in oral surgery, they really lack bedside manner especially with children. Our entire experience was very rushed and my son experienced delirium coming out of anesthesia. I understand that happens and it is no fault of the anesthesiologist. However, the way it was handled by his post-op nurse was plain unacceptable. I was called back to the room to meet my son, who was uncontrollably screaming, crying, and thrashing. I was attempting to comfort him but all his nurse seemed to care about was quieting him down long enough to read me the laundry list of post-op instructions and get us on her way home. In fact, she was yelling at him. As stated above, this facility has a ton of experience, but it was very impersonal and we were just another number here. Go to a facility that cares about your child.

I was so nervous about my daughter (5) and her fear of the dentist. Although she still wasn't happy and that's putting it nicely. The staff and surgical team really made me feel comfortable, explained everything to me and went at my daughter's pace. Also, any question I had they were happy to answer. I would absolutely go back.
