        The people that work at this branch just cannot be trusted to do their jobs correctly. 0/2 on customer service and communication. I thought it would be more convenient to have someone else do my taxes but it was just as annoying as when I used turbo tax. I'll go back to them because at least they're cheaper.

        had a 2 o clocked appointment, cancelled half hour before going in. said there was nothing available till i went online and saw 3pm so i booked it. called back and she said there is now 3pm open. went in and lady could not finish my taxes bc i worked in NYC and she didnt have a license for it. wanted to go to a different location and they talked me into keeping with them and someone picking it up later that day and getting it done the next day by 3 as i wanted it done by. called around 1:30 to see any updated and said no one picked it up and it would be pick up again that night and would get a phone call when it would be picked up. didnt get a phone called. now its the 3rd day and i called them 3 times and no answer. no communication there and no trust in their words. going to walk in get my papers and take my business somewhere else. if i could give them a 0 star i would!!!!
