I really like this nail salon, they have many nail and hand and foot care services, from basic to advanced, from simple to complex. The staff here are very cheerful and friendly, always doing nails with dedication and thoughtfulness

I have been coming to this nail salon for years and I have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and the results are always perfect.

I never leave a review of this nature until I am disappointed several times just because everyone deserves a chance. My first time at your shop, my nails were done, and one broke two days after. I came and it was fixed begrudgingly but then it broke the very next day. Unfortunately, I was on a trip and couldn't come back to get it repaired, so I went somewhere else. The second time, I walked for an eyebrow wax. I flinched that it hurt because, you know, pain, but I told the young lady, "Don't mind me, go ahead," but she stopped and was done. The third time was when I was late. I called your shop to say my phone had gone off and my alarm didn't go off. I was told to call next time if I was not coming. I said I this is why I am calling to apologize and ask if I could still come. I never intended not to come. I asked if there was still time for me to come, and I was told yes. I got to your shop and before I could tell the lady that I was the one who was late and how much would I wait because I had to go back to work, she cut me off and told me to sign in and have a seat. I did. She was on the phone. OK. But the neck three people that walked in after me got pleasantries, even though the lady at the desk was still on the phone. I sat there till about 10.50am. I understand time is valuable in everything, which is why I apologized for the late call and asked if I could still come. But the events that unfolded after that left a bitter taste in my mouth. I see you left a comment under my I star rating, but I never leave that kind of review unless service is sub-par. I try to respect everyone and deserve that back - biases or not. I have been late to something before, but I was not dismissive, nor was I treated rudely for it either. Rude would have been not calling or showing at all. I called, apologized, explained why i was late, and asked it i could still come. A simple no would've sufficed. But saying i could come just so your receptionist would be rude was unnecessary. Imagine being surprised a client got up and walked out because you were crass. It's OK to take accountability and do better. And trust, I will go somewhere. It was my mistake for not trusting my gut at first fail.
