Having lived at The Tedwyn for 14 years, we have been fortunate to have special neighbors who form a helpful and caring community. The staff in the leasing office is professional and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff is equally as professional and respectful, who work hard to keep the property in top notch condition.

We moved to the Tedwyn 6 months ago. From the very first day, we noticed how friendly the residents are. Many people told us that that building is a real community, and it's true. We really appreciate the staff, especially Greg and Logan, who are so helpful, kind and friendly. Stephany's quick response to problems we raise has made living here a pleasure.

This place is fantastic. Mother has live over 12 years and she loves the fellowship and neighbors. Rent is high but the people who work there really do an amazing job.

Until 2016, I had an apartment at The Tedwyn for about 25+ years. I LOVED living there and appreciated the promptness and professionalism of ALL the Staff. The other people living in that building were So nice and friendly as a community. If a problem arose, the staff were eager and sincerely interested in helping in any way they could. I had an occasion to visit there yesterday and had need of assistance and, AS USUAL, the staff were there to help immediately (especially Christina who manages the building). I thank them all and am grateful for their continued care.
