Bryn Mawr Gables

I lived in this apartment building in 2020 -2021. I loved this place, its affordable, the superintendant is nice and they responded to maintenance requests in a timely manner. I felt very safe and happy here.

I moved into a studio apartment on the 4th fl 2+ yrs.ago. I love the stunning hardwood floor and old architecture! The apartment is cozy, quiet and lends itself to creativity when decorating. Multiple large windows are an asset/ adequate lighting. Washer and Dryer are coin op in the basement, but an elevator helpful with laundry tasks. Pet friendly. On street parking unless one wishes to pay monthly for limited parking on the premises. Train station is an easy walk for convenience. I highly recommend living @ Bryn Mawr Gables*

Rented a studio apartment for 3 years. This is an older apartment building with limited parking but was a nice place to live. Gas stove. Apartment was warm in the winter. Old fashion elevator with regular door and according door. The building supervisor, Marlon was great to work with. Marks Apartment staff was always responsive if I had a question or problem. A good place for a college student.

Cute apartment but parking is terrible, smells like poo in the halls, and the building is out-dated.
