        Had a nail in the tire of my work truck. Was greeted by Matt at the front desk who couldnt have been more pleasant to deal with. This was my 3rd stop this morning trying to get someone to look at this tire in this area and encountered nothing but people who acted like they couldnt be bothered. Matt and Ron took the truck in immediately IDed the issue and I was out the door in a half hour or less which is impressive. The way I saw them deal with customers while I sat and waited was just awesome to see customer service has really taken a beating I feel but not here. No one wants or needs issues with there vehicles and walking into a place already feeling down about having to be there and dealing with the pissy mechanic never helps these situations so it was an absolute honor and pleasure to deal with Matt and Ron here in bryn mawr.
