This was not a Bruegger's Bagels. It's some Bagel Brothers or something. The bagels and food were good but the tables were not clean.

There is a low chance they are open, dont pay attention to google for anyone seeing this. Even after saying they will open on the 11th, I come to a sign saying they extended it to the 12th. Just run very unprofessionally. Will probably go under soon.

I order catering from this location every 2 weeks. This week I was unable to place an online catering order, so I called to place my order. I placed my order without issue and set a pickup time of 7 AM because the store rep wouldn't allow me to go any earlier. I arrived at 6:55 to a sign that said the location was closed and may reopen Monday 12/11. I waited 20 minutes in case maybe someone was going to come in just for my pickup, but no one came. No effort was made to alert me that my order wouldn't be filled. It also indicates that store is open right now online which is not the case. Really disappointed in this experience, and letting down my student team, who only drag themselves out of bed for our leadership meeting for the promise of bagels.

Aside from the place, looking dingy, and the bagel maker in the back picking his nose, A very older lady was disrespected when her order was screwed up the staff forgot to give her cream cheese. She was admittedly a little upset, but keep in mind this is an older lady The way they treated her was totally unacceptable the manager who had a hat on ear phones on rudely yelled at this older woman. It was truly embarrassing to watch. I would never visit this establishment again until that person is terminated. The date is December 1 at 12 PM.
