        I had my first contact with this company over the phone. I bent the key of my desk and needed a replacement key. When I called the manufacturer they said they couldn't help me because I wasn't a distributor. I looked for local distributors and found Hunter Kitchen & Bath in Bryn Mawr, PA. I was afraid that they wouldn't give me the time of day since I wasn't ordering kitchen cabinets or bathtubs or sinks, but just a replacement key. I was REALLY pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Chad, who couldn't have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful!! EVEN FOR JUST A KEY! He took the time to look up the Hafale catalogue and found the item I needed and agreed to order it and have it sent to my house at no charge. I can't wait to do business with him and his company as soon as I need to redecorate.
