        Worst place ever. Customer service is worst and they keep lying about availability of cars. All customer service agents in this location dont have any knowledge about their work. They are absolutely stupid. I was promised twice that the car will be ready and it wasnt ready for me. Higher authority should take care of this location.

        Worse place ever. They dont deserve even one star. They have ZERO knowledge about castomer service. Over the phone whatever they said its totally false and you will find that when you go there physically. Its happened with me few times already. So dont waste your valuable time, go somewhere else.

        Just want to give a Shout out to my local Bryn Mawr Enterprise Crew. Great Service and Selection of vehicles. it's the Professionalism that we have all come to expect from Enterprise over the years and then some. when I rent Local I am always renting from Bryn Mawr..:)
