I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS. Used this company when the superintendent was located in FL. Brandon Franklin is absolutely horrific. He previously did work for my family and I and clearly has some mental health issues. He is psychotic and needs serious psychiatric assistance. He smelled like a liquor store!!! I believe his wife Kristen Ross was equally, if not more intoxicated than he was when she stopped by to ask him a question. She also smelled like marijuana and was possibly on other drugs as well. I was extremely uncomfortable being in his presence. Not only was he disrespectful and extremely rude, the work he did was absolutely horrendous. As long as this individual is working for this company, I recommend using a better company with respectful employees who know what they are doing. NO WONDER WHY HE MOVED OUT OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA TOO MANY COMPLAINTS. I hope these individuals get the help they need as soon as possible.

Gardner Fox has our strongest endorsement and recommendation! We did a complete home renovation with them 5 years ago and we could not be happier with the process and the results. After deciding to renovate our current house rather than move, we spoke to Mark Fox about the process and our desires for our renovation. He explained the process, and then sat down with us to develop plans for our "new" house. He and his team developed a beautiful plan based on our desires, our budget and the existing layout of our house. The Gardner Fox team's execution of the actual construction was equally as smooth and professional. We had heard many horror stories from similar undertakings with other companies, but Gardner Fox stuck to both the timeline and the budget! They were very responsive and kept us informed and involved every step of the way. Their follow up and warrantee process has been equally outstanding. As with any major undertaking like this, there will be issues that arise and Gardner Fox has stood by their work 100%. We could not be happier that we did the renovation and especially that we chose Gardner Fox to do the job! To this day my wife will randomly comment "I love our house!"
