I cant say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Jacobs, Raina, and the team at Pain and Sleep Therapy Center. I felt fully listened to and given a very thorough examination and scan to determine the underlying cause of my ongoing facial pain, jaw pain and headaches. Not only was I finally given some answers as to the root of my pain and given a clear path forward for treatment, but I learned so much about why it was occurring and how my airways are involved (who knew?!) I honestly felt emotional afterwards because, after years of pain and confusion, it was so affirming and illuminating! Highly recommend.

My TMJ condition has been worsening lately and I needed professional help. I heard great things about Dr. Jacobs and the Pain & Sleep Therapy Center from a friend whod recently been treated and also checked out the other glowing reviews. Upon meeting Dr. Jacobs and her amazing staff (Jessica and Raina), they were all very down-to-earth and extremely knowledgeable. After reviewing my condition and the results of my exam, Dr. Jacobs explained her recommendations in an easy to understand way, and I felt very comfortable moving forward with her plan of action. I felt more relaxed and am excited to begin this journey! I left with a newfound confidence that I can improve my situation and with Dr. Jacobs help, I look forward to feeling better soon. Id recommend Pain & Sleep for anyone suffering from TMJ!

Dr Jacobs and her entire staff are like no other practice youll visit .. the way in which they care and show patience. Its been a challenging road for them and for me with my care but patience is paying off. Just knowing that if Im struggling with anything regarding my appliance or my symptoms they are always there with knowledge and understanding .. The CONNECTION and conpasssion is like none other youll find.. Take the leap into a path of self love/care knowing your in amazing hands

Love this place. Raina, Dr. Jacobs and Jessica are The Best! I had been having terrible TMJ and bruxing issues that were increasingly worsening despite years of adult orthodontia and wearing extremely uncomfortable upper and lower nightguards every night. It was so bad I was even bruxing during the day, and I was whacking my teeth against each other with great force. I was terrified I'd surely break teeth. My orthodontist could only keep adjusting my mouthguards and he told me my only option was surgery to pull my lower jaw forward. I was desperate when I found The Pain and Sleep Center in Rosemont, and boy, WHAT a DIFFERENCE. I was fitted with a ProSomnus EVO device (upper and lower nightguards with "wings" that do not allow bruxing). It took about a month of transition and then I was absolutely stable with NO TMJ and NO BRUXING. This new device is SOOO much more comfortable than nightguards! And even if I happen to fall asleep while reading on a rainy afternoon without the EVO in my mouth, everything is so stable now that I don't even brux without it. Never got such awesome care before I switched to this place. Six stars (in a five-star rating) go to Raina..... she is so sweet, kind, and attentive, and she goes the extra mile to provide advice, comfort and help. If you think your TMJ and bruxism are on a fast train to a horrible and expensive future, I'm telling you, you are wrong. Go and see the Pain and Sleep ladies in Rosemont, and they will fix you right up. They've got the answer. And it's very tough to find their level of great customer service anywhere!
