        Customer service at Print/Marketing counter at the Bryn Mawr Staples location is beyond compare! I was so pleased by the friendly and professional advice, help, and prompt service and commend the store for its personable and patient approach!

        Don was a huge help in printing out a poster for a research project of mine! He really went out of his way to help me figure out the process, since the stuff on the website was a little confusing, and managed to get it printed in a day, even when website said it'd take three! He's truly a lifesaver, and I'll definitely go back for future printing projects!

        The staff is a bit clueless and not helpful. Staples has one job. Copies, prints etc... You should be the expert at it.

        I was having extreme difficulty navigating through their printing system. I went to the young lady multiple times but she never attempted to come from behind the counter to assist me. There were no other customers at the counter, but it appeared she was just not interested in offering help. This document was quite important and its disappointing that I now have to find another printing establishment on a Sunday morning. It will be difficult for me to check out this location again.
