        My experience with this company was not good at all. The only thing I was looking for was to get a rehab loan for a property I have that has no mortgage. They asked me for a number of income sources which was provided immediately. After almost 3 weeks of the back and forth they could not help us. This was a total waste of my time.

        So these people claim that they work with most anybody. You try telling them that youve had a few hardships and theres a reason for your credit score being low typical lender dont care about the people they work for Or with. I wouldnt recommend them people can keep saying no to me. But eventually, Ill fit the criteria and I can choose who I work with. They were all happy to rush me off. Not much of a surprise. I havent heard back from you folks. Get better options from other places. Keep up the rude attitude youll go out of business eventually.

        Total waste of time. Made me submit tons of documents, they even talked to building department for my project and they turned it down, not because of bas credit or financing. I lost over a month and now I have my down payment in jeopardy because seller is not willing to extend my time of essence. I would 100000% stay away from this lender as they are not truthful to what they advertise. I will definitely get FDIC involved in this case. I would give them -100 starts if I had the choice.
